Priority Support

Professional users with priority support get the following:

  • Support requests are answered within 1 business day.
  • Bug reports are prioritized over regular reports.
  • Out-of-bound software updates with fixes are delivered ahead of regularly-scheduled updates.
Priority support costs an additional 30% on top of the original license(s) cost. Only the Pro license are elligible for priority support.

Large volume & Customization

If you have business-specific needs that may require customized software packages, or are interested in large volume purchases (for Enterprise and Government), please contact us at sales@pnfsoftware.com.

Discounts

When purchasing yearly licenses, the 3rd user (or seat, or server) receives a 50% discount. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions do not receive discounts.

Any additional (4th and above) user (or seat, or server) receives a 20% discount.

Universities can be eligible to receive a 30% discount when purchasing not-for-profit licenses.
